MLM company called Science Technology Customer (STC). STC grew to over 30,000
representatives.

LifeWave that grew to more than
100,000 representatives and is currently still running successfully to this day. He has since moved on.

- 2008 – Smith launched a company called LifesMiracle, the

The management skills recruiting, expertise,
sales training and team building Smith has displayed throughout his career
proved that he possesses the personal and business talents necessary to lead
the right company to unprecedented heights.
His commitment to the success of others and
ambition to make the world a better place, as well as his limitless drive,
enthusiasm, creativeness and overwhelming excitement at the heart of a company
and the opportunity it represents makes Smith an International Leader in MLM
Marketing and Recruiting.
Stephen R. Smith is a successful entrepreneur known to many as one of
the true Texas mavericks. Raised in El Paso, Mr. Smith attended the University
of Texas at Austin, and the University of Texas - El Paso. In 1989 Steve Smith
brought to Excel Telecommunications the plan to market its long distance
service using an MLM or Network Marketing approach. Through the next ten years,
he was in charge of Excels entire Marketing Department and Field Operations
Management. Operating in that capacity, he was a key figure in the team that
grew Excel’s revenues to a billion and a half dollars in just six short years,
making Excel the fourth largest Long Distance company in the US, and becoming
at that time the youngest company to have joined the New York Stock Exchange in
its history. Excel actually reached a billion dollars in revenue nine years
quicker in its life than Microsoft was able to, making it one of the fastest
growing companies in US business history.
A strong advocate of community and church involvement, Mr. Smith has
made a number of generous contributions to local area schools and community and
service groups. Including a donation of $10.5 million to Texas Christian
University funded the construction of a building to house the Center for
Entrepreneurial Studies and 1 million to the University of Texas MOOT Corp
Program. The program, which is designed to challenge the entrepreneurial skills
of participating MBA students from around the globe, is often referred to as
the "Super Bowl of New Venture Competitions.”
His entire career, from network marketing to
his philanthropic interests, have all focused on a very strong entrepreneurial
vision not just for himself, but for everyone he comes in contact with.
"I have one goal for these
investments,” Smith says, "to help develop a more independent society.
More than anything else, I think our institutions have the opportunity, even
the obligation, to develop self-worth and self-reliance. We live in a
society that has become more dependent, rather than independent. As a
whole, we depend on a web of social services and government programs, rather
than independent initiative and creative problem solving. In fact,
problems are not tolerated. And if one does have problems, it’s acceptable,
even expected, for the individual to look for answers in everything else but
their own independent initiative. We need to go about raising new
generations who believe they can do whatever entrepreneurial ventures they set
their minds to, who embrace challenge, and solve problems independently.
In other words, we need to do everything we can to return the United States of
America to its roots. Independent people founded our nation, and I
believe they had absolutely no vision for the dependent society we have
become.”
Douglas Yates is a business
owner and entrepreneur. He has been creating and running corporations since his late
teens. His first company was a high-tech
artificial intelligence software company that he founded at the age of 19 with
4 other businessmen. Over the past
27 years he has developed several other companies, including a recording and
distribution company, a trust management company, an executive consulting
company, a family entertainment center and real estate investment company.
Prior to being "Part III”
of your Global Master Distributor, Douglas was a CEO & Chief Marketing
Technologist of a very successful Silicon Valley based consulting company. His focus these past few years was on
getting the Right Message to the Right Market at the Right
Time using the Right Media all thru Multi-Channel, Repeatable
Systems. Helping businesses of
all sizes acquire more new and repeat business. Over the past few years he has spent over $450,000 on
training and tools, learning from all the leaders in the $1B+ Internet Marketing
industry. He has lead/participated
in several product launches of both eBook/eProducts and hard goods (mainly in
the Technology and Health and Wellness industries) - usually generating more
revenue in a single launch then the product sold the previous year (Douglas is
also an author of several eBooks).
Along with his business
pursuits Douglas is a member of several private charitable organizations that
help raise funds and awareness for; Cystic Fibrosis (CF), Down Syndrome and
Human Trafficking. Douglas and his
wife, Renee, have been supporting Cystic Fibrosis thru organizations like the
CF Foundation, since the birth of their son, Dakota, 18 years ago. Dakota was diagnosed with Cystic
Fibrosis at birth and after several serious operations and an extended stay in
the hospital; he has been living a happy and healthy life. Douglas recently lost his youngest
daughter, Tessa Joy, due to complications with Down Syndrome. Because of Tessa and her plight,
Douglas’ family continues to be active supporters of organizations like
Kaleidoscope and the Taylor Family Foundation. Also, recently, Douglas became keenly aware of the rampant
spread of human trafficking (27 million human slaves currently in the world
today) thru a documentary called Call + Response (www.callandresponse.com). He has
supported this film and organization since the inception and continues to work
to bring this issue into the light.
Because of Douglas’
entrepreneur spirit, he spent more of his time developing companies than
completing all of his education pursuits (but believes education is very
important). He did attend Ohlone
Collage in Fremont , CA and has completed his BA at Robert F. Kennedy
University in Switzerland and is a MBA candidate at the same university. He also is a certified Real Estate
Investment Master thru Global Publishing (Ron LeGrand, nationally known Real
Estate expert), obtained title of Product Launch Strategist thru Jeff Walker
(nationally known guru and author of the product launch formula). He also is the facilitator/founder of a
national internet marketing mastermind group, leading an elite group of $1M+
earning internet marketing entrepreneurs. He received a Level III Reconnection Healing Practitioner Certificate
from Dr. Eric Pearl, DC, Founder, "The Reconnection”.
Industry Advisers
Stephen started his career
selling Kirby vacuums door to door to pay for college. He made so much money he continued
after college and became one of the youngest factory distributors with 25-30
salesmen working for him.
After 4 years of hard work he had
saved away 1/2 million dollars (that’s in 1970's money!). He immediately stopped selling vacuums
and started chasing his dream - to own and operate his own professional recording
studio. He added video production in the late 1980's, and went
digital in the early 90's.
Steve was nominated for an
engineering Grammy in 1992 for the soundtrack and Glen Close's narration
of "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow”. In the 1990's he also became the
developer for the Kurzwiel digital sampling keyboard. He worked with a Pulitzer Prize winning composer, William
Bolcom, creating instruments on the Kurzweil to be used in his
compositions. They were used for
Bolcom’s symphonic performances and operas performed at Carnegie Hall, the Chicago
Lyric Opera House, the St. Louis Symphony, and a command performance for the
Queen of England.
During the same period
(1969-1991), he also was on stage 3-5 nights a week performing with a variety
group called The Villagers - They owned their own cabaret club called Friar Tucks
and performed all venues of music from the 1920's to present day, with comedy
routines in-between. They still go on tour in Ohio, Florida, and Vegas a couple
times a year... still selling out!
Steve has 30 years of experience composing,
recording and/or video taping, working with groups from the Monkees’ last
album to Disney to Boys2Men and companies like GM....
For the last five years He has
been totally involved in 2D to 3D conversion for the film and consumer industry. Quickly becoming the expert in 2D to 3D
conversions – saving millions for the industry. As a result to his pursuits in the HD and 3D categories he has
joined Global TV Studios, as an industry specific adviser and because of his
belief in the company, and familiarity with the products. Plus the fact that professional
computer graphics or real video backgrounds with the people shot on a green
screen normally would cost thousands to accomplish... with Global TV Studios this
will be ridiculously affordable.
Steve has offered to
Global TV Studios exclusive rights to his technology so EVERYONE, not just the
people with special equipment, can have their videos converted to HD, or HD3D
and will be viewable on ANY screen...TVs, computer monitors and laptops, cell
phones... anything! The Future is
NOW here at Global TV Studios.
